Tremendous stat on the Jags Forum recently. Since Resolution finally pulled their finger out and decided what their new name would be - Ignis - we've not won a game.
To be fair to Airdrie United - both fans and team - clearly they wanted a slot in the Gaelic Bread cup final far more than our hapless bunch of wasters did.
Do I sound bitter? Possibly. But after sitting through one of the worst displays by a Thistle side I've endured in a decade and a half at the Theatre of Farce, it's hard to find any positives.
I felt a pang of guilt a few minutes ago as I wandered up Maryhill Road to the Theatre of Farce, to pick up tickets for next week's Co-op Cup tie against Rangers.
And why? Because I missed Saturday's trip to Broadwood.
Family commitments kept me from attending Thistle's first away trip of the new season, so I can only judge by the reactions on the Jags Forum and from the match reports elsewhere. But after last weekend's clash against Dunfermline, and the midweek extra-time slog against Forfar, two things are becoming clear already.
1) Damon Gray is a more than adequate replacement for crocked hitman Liam Buchanananananananan.
2) We desperately need to sign someone with some height and strength about them up front.
A comment by the current travelling circus running Thistle during the close season had us all intrigued.
It wasn't about a new signing, or the club's financial future, or the oft-mentioned relocation from Firhill. No, it was about the new away kit, and said high heid-yin promised it would be unique in the history of Scottish football.
Well, today it's been launched. And he wasn't kidding...
